Art has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years specializing in brokerage and development of multi-family communities.

Upon entering the real estate field in 1994 Art realized his desire to be an industry leader in multi-family brokerage and received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in early 1996. Art was recogized by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council as the youngest ever to achieve the CCIM designation.

Art's ability to search out, evaluate and develop residential properties has allowed him to build multiple residential communities including University Villas, Pelican Lakes and Woodlands of Acadiana.  His knowledge and experience of property development led to the inception of the civil branch of Lancaster Construction.  Along with his drive to develop properties Art enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fly fishing.

Todd Malbrough is Vice President of Operations at Lancaster Construction, LLC., with multiple years of construction experience. Specializing in civil construction, Todd uses that experience to schedule, coordinate, implement equipment & employees to perform a safe, quality job on schedule. By focusing on quality and efficiency, Todd has been able to put the education and experience he's earned to good use. Over the years, Todd's strengths at Lancaster Construction had garnered some recognition by completing several large residential developments. Todd may spend his days at Lancaster Construction, but it's the future growth of the company that he's passionate about. When Todd is not at Lancaster Construction, he loves spending time with his wife and family. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys building projects at home.
