Site Development Work

  • Site clearing, grubbing and grading - At Lancaster we prepare a site by clearing and removing trees, shrubs, stumps and rubbish from a site.
  • Excavating and trenching - We use all of our own machines and operators to prepare deep, narrow trenches for the installation of piping
  • Development of construction entrance - In order to maintain a clean and neat job site we initially develop a specific construction entrance for all of our machines
  • Execution of SWPPP plan - As part of every job in the State of Louisiana, we are required to create and follow a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan that is specific to each job

Curb & Gutter Work

  • Layout curb for entire subdivisions - All of our initial plans will include the full design layout for GPS mapping of curbs to utilize our specific Curb and Gutter machine that we own and have a specific internal team to operate
  • Provide and follow plans for effective street and parking lot drainage - All initial plans will have full details for our teams to follow that will be cohesive with state, parish and SWPPP codes
  • Perform slip form concrete work with trained operators on our own machines - We own one of very few machines in the greater Baton Rouge area that are specifically designed to accurately prepare and complete all of the detailed concrete work

Soil & Cement Stabilization

  • Soil cement stabilization - At Lancaster we recognize that the soil in South Louisiana varies greatly on every job and we utilize our specialty machines to get the appropriate soil standards before construction
  • Compaction of applied and stabilized soil - Proper soil stabilization requires accurate timing and attention to detail for first time accuracy and that is what we strive for
  • We have the machines and operators to accomplish almost and dirt stabilization needs - Lancaster has developed our teams around the tasks and that machines that we have to accomplish the dirt tasks on time and on budget
